Partnership Affiliates Receive REVERB Grants

March 30, 2012 -- Partnership for Working Families

The Partnership congratulates four members of our network who were selected as winners of the REVERB spring grants program.  An initiative of the Progressive Technology Project, REVERB is designed to help social justice organizations develop effective ways to align their organizing, communications, and technology efforts.

Two staff from FRESC, Puget Sound SAGE, Center on Policy Initiatives and the Texas Organizing Party will participate in the REVERB program retreats and receive support.  The grant award includes two in-person retreat setting trainings along with 20 hours of technical assistance and communications guidance and support.

The Progressive Technology Project was founded by grassroots organizers to support community-led organizing in low-income communities and communities of color. Their programs and services are designed to meet the unique needs of advocates seeking to bring about social change.
